Japan Stay Club Apartment Rental Procedures

Checking apartment availability
After deciding the desired apartment for your stay, contact Japan Stay Club by telephone or e-mail.

Application
After confirming availability of the apartment, send an application form provided by Japan Stay Club.

Reservation
Upon receipt of the application form, we will send you an invoice and lease contract. Sign the lease contract and send it to us with a copy of your passport via e-mail or fax.

Payment
Make a payment of your first rent by the due date. Available payment methods vary for each apartment. Please check the apartment details.

Key collection
Key collection varies from apartment to apartment. Please see apartment details. Please note that only ONE key will be supplied per Apartment and lose of key will result in penalty charge.

Checking in
The check-in time vary by apartment.

Checking out
The check-out time vary by apartment.
Please return the key at the designated location.
Japan Stay Club CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel your booking , this must be made in written notice. A cancellation fee equivalent to the rent for 7 days to 30 days depending on the lease term will be charged. Please note that transaction fees will be subtracted from the amount we refund.
