What is the minimum stay?
Our minimum stay varies from apartment to apartment. Please see each apartment details. In most cases, minimum stay is 7 days.
How far ahead can I make a reservation?
We accept reservations for the next one month or two months (depending on the availability of apartments ). However we accept far ahead reservation in the case you plan to stay for more than 3 months.
Do I need a guarantor?
No, you do not need a guarantor, but we will ask you emergency contact person.
Can I take a look at the apartment before making reservation?
Basically, no. But sometimes we can show you the apartment if you plan to stay for more than 3 months and the room is vacant.
What is the check in time and the check out time?
Check in time and check out time vary by apartment. Please ask us for further details.
Is there any phone line available in the apartment?
We are sorry that there is no phone line in the apartment.
Can I extend my stay?
Basically, no. However if you give us enough notice and the apartment is still available, you can sign new lease contract and extend your stay.
How can I receive the key?
Key collection varies from apartment to apartment. Please see each apartment details.
I made a reservation for 7 nights. Why do you charge for 8 nights?
Unlike hotels,rates are based on a per day basis, not per night basis. Your rental term starts on the date you check in and ends on the date you check out.
What if I cancel the contract before moving in?
We are sorry but a cancellation fee equivalent to the rent for 7 days will be charged.
